Year one of complete today! ✅

It’s crazy looking back at where Velir was 12 months ago compared to where we are today.

This first year has been all about building the foundations — getting a better understanding of the numbers, improving our systems and processes, working on the marketing and learning how to actually run and grow a business rather than just work in one.

Now it’s onto year two, and the focus shifts to scaling, creating new income streams, growing the team and taking the business to the next level. 📈

Still plenty of work to do, but I’m excited to see where the next 12 months takes us.

Year one built the foundations. Now it’s time to build on them. 🔨🚀

Been a little quiet on here lately… but definitely not quiet behind the scenes! 👷‍♂️

We’ve had a busy few weeks at Velir, with new projects getting underway and plenty of progress happening across Essex.

This one is a loft dormer extension, creating a brand-new bedroom and making much better use of the existing space. 🏠

We’ve also got another extension underway that I’ll be sharing soon, plus the finished results from our Southend and Billericay projects still to show you. 👀

Plenty of content to come — I promise I won’t disappear for as long this time! 😂

One more major milestone completed on our Billericay project, and what a difference it makes.

With the flooring now laid throughout the ground floor, the entire space has really come to life. From an empty shell to a bright, modern family home, it’s always rewarding to see the vision becoming reality.

We’re now into the final finishing touches before handing this beautiful extension over to our clients, and we can’t wait to show you the finished result.

🏡 Billericay Project Update 🏡

We’re now entering the final stages of this extension and renovation project, and it’s great to see everything coming together.

✅ Kitchen fitted
✅ Worktops installed
✅ Appliances in
✅ Second-fix electrics completed
✅ Utility room fit-out underway
✅ Downstairs WC taking shape

Next week we’ll be starting the flooring, which will make a huge difference and bring us another step closer to the finished result.

The transformation from where we started to where we are now has been incredible, and we can’t wait to share the completed project with you all soon.
