This boiler pit had completely flooded, filling up as high as 6ft submerging the old floor standing boiler, we managed to pump the water out and get a repair carried out on the old pin holed pipe

Snatching three stop c***s live at Eston shops boro👨🏻‍🔧
This building had the asbestos removers in to remove asbestos, they also took all the copper pipe but the water supply to these buildings were never isolated so they just snapped the pipes off live, I was then called out to fix this issue, there was no known supply that could be located in the street so doing it live was the way, luckily as you can see there wasn't actually that much water pressure but I still got soaked lol 🫡👍🏼👨🏻‍🔧

Leaking heating pipe under the floor inside a school duct, easy fix as this pipework fed a redundant capped off radiator, cut out the leaking pipe stripped back to the fitting and plugged off👍🏼

New gas fired water heater installed this week, replacing the old one that stopped working leaving this school without hot water, we swiftly came and replaced it getting this hot water system back up and running,
