🏠 Another fantastic transformation completed in Broadstairs! 🎨

At first glance, this looked like a fairly straightforward exterior redecoration… but once our team got started, we uncovered a number of underlying issues.

Previous coatings were beginning to fail, and movement within the concrete had caused cracking and deterioration that needed to be properly addressed before we could even think about applying the final finish.

Our team carried out the necessary repairs, including stitching in rebar and making good the damaged areas, before thoroughly preparing the exterior ready for decoration.

Being so close to the coast, this property is exposed to some pretty harsh sea winds and weather conditions, so choosing the right product was essential. We finished the exterior using Crown Extreme Exposure Masonry Paint, providing a durable, high-quality finish designed to withstand the elements. 🌊💨

A great example of why proper preparation is so important — sometimes there’s a lot more going on underneath the surface than you first expect!

👏 Brilliant work from our guys and another project we’re extremely pleased with.

🏡 Period Property Exterior Transformation – Whitstable, Kent 🎨

Another beautiful exterior project completed by the SAS Decorators team in Whitstable.

This stunning period property required a lot of careful preparation before we could even think about applying the finishing coats. With older properties like this, getting the preparation right is absolutely key to achieving a finish that not only looks fantastic but is built to last.

We finished the exterior woodwork using Benjamin Moore Aura Exterior in a sophisticated two-tone brown colour scheme, which works beautifully with the original red brickwork and period detailing.

The result is a crisp, elegant finish that keeps the character of the property while giving the exterior a fresh new lease of life. 👌
