🏡 Period Property Exterior Transformation – Whitstable, Kent 🎨

Another beautiful exterior project completed by the SAS Decorators team in Whitstable.

This stunning period property required a lot of careful preparation before we could even think about applying the finishing coats. With older properties like this, getting the preparation right is absolutely key to achieving a finish that not only looks fantastic but is built to last.

We finished the exterior woodwork using Benjamin Moore Aura Exterior in a sophisticated two-tone brown colour scheme, which works beautifully with the original red brickwork and period detailing.

The result is a crisp, elegant finish that keeps the character of the property while giving the exterior a fresh new lease of life. 👌

🏡 RECENT PROJECT COMPLETED – CASTLE VIEW, KINGSGATE 🏡

Another exterior transformation completed by the SAS Decorators team! 🎨

For this beautiful property at Castle View, Kingsgate, we used Crown Extreme Exposure White Masonry Paint, providing a crisp, clean finish along with excellent protection against the British weather. 🤍

🔥 This one was completed during some seriously hot conditions, but the team worked incredibly hard throughout and kept the standards high from start to finish.

The result speaks for itself — a beautiful, fresh white finish that really brings the exterior back to life. 👌

👏 Massive credit to the lads for pushing through the heat and delivering another finish we’re proud to put the SAS name to.

Another fantastic commercial project completed by the SAS Decorators team at David Grimes Opticians.

This project required a high-end, professional finish throughout, with plenty of attention to detail to complement the quality of the newly refurbished practice.

✅ Crown Durable Matt applied to all walls, providing a hard-wearing, washable finish ideal for a busy commercial environment.

✅ Benjamin Moore Scuff-X applied to all woodwork, giving an extremely durable, premium finish designed to withstand everyday knocks, marks and scuffs.

A lot of preparation and care went into achieving the sharp, clean finish throughout, and we’re really pleased with the final result.

🏛️ NEW PROJECT STARTED THIS WEEK! 🏛️

We’re delighted to have started work on the refurbishment of David Grimes Opticians, a beautiful listed building full of character and original features.

Working on listed buildings requires extra care, attention to detail and the right approach to preserve their historic charm while delivering a high-quality finish.

This week our team has been busy with:

Another successful exterior redecoration completed by SAS Decorators in Ramsgate! 🎨🏡

⚽🏆 SAS Decorators are proud sponsors of the Ramsgate Under 11 Girls Football Team — an amazing and incredibly talented group of girls, including our daughter Evie. 💙

Back carrying out restoration works at the Kent & Canterbury Club 🔨✨

More restoration work completed on these beautiful sash windows and doors, bringing them back to life while preserving their original character.

Extensive preparation work carried out, including re-puttying the windows to ensure a long-lasting, high-quality finish. All windows and woodwork finished using Dulux Weathershield paint for maximum durability and protection against the elements 🎨🌦️
