Customer had a loft conversion completed with no cross ventilation installed, also Ply board not the recommended 18mm OSB chipboard the results speak for themselves after only 6 months.
We installed a new cross ventilation system to the Roof, with 18mm OSB board, followed by 4mm Pro Torch on Underlay, Capped with 8mm Black Torch on Capping felt.

Car Port built in the 80's for 3 small cars, whole back end had sunk 1.5 metres and needed lifting with new support posts installing. Customer now has two big cars that wouldnt fit inside anymore rendering the car port useless. So we adjusted the whole timber frame inside and outside so it would fit there cars inside. Nicely finshed with the roof being put back on and feather edging on the front to tidy it all up.
