The Partington Project was a major undertaking for us as part of EQUANS rolling update of their housing stock. We were instructed to make several adaptations to the properties to make them more accessible for disabled tenants.

The disabled adaptations included fitting access ramps to all properties, a process that included doing the necessary groundwork.

To also make the homes more energy efficient, we installed brand new double-glazed uPVC windows across the board, as well as composite doors. Not only did these help reduce heat loss from the properties, but their additional security measures also allowed residents to feel safer in their own homes, which is a key concern for tenants with mobility issues.
