🌳 Height Reduction – 8 Mature Lombardy Poplars 🌳

Big job completed this week reducing the height of eight mature Lombardy poplars.

These trees had grown excessively tall for their location and were becoming exposed to wind loading, with concerns over safety and light loss. We carried out a controlled height reduction to:

✔️ Reduce overall wind resistance
✔️ Improve structural stability
✔️ Maintain the natural shape
✔️ Allow more light into the garden
✔️ Keep the trees healthy and manageable

Lombardy poplars grow fast and can quickly become overpowering if not properly maintained. Careful reduction is key — too much taken off and you risk stress or poor regrowth, too little and the issue remains.

All work completed safely, professionally, and the site left clean and tidy as always.
