Looks can be deceiving, perfectly healthy looking tree, but after closer inspection I found the entire trunk core was rotten from top to toe.

Silver Birch was given a heavy prune, leaving enough foliage to promote growth, has recovered very well this summer giving a beautiful lollipop effect and lots of lovely sunshine in the garden ☀ 🌻 🌳
