🔧 3-Port Mid-Position Valve Installation

A 3-port valve directs heated water to the radiators, hot water cylinder, or both at the same time — unlike a 2-port valve, which simply opens or closes one flow path.

Our engineers installed new gas pipework to provide a safe and reliable supply, ensuring the run was correctly sized, supported and tested before being put into use.

Like-for-like radiator swap 🔧🔥

The existing radiator had started to rust, most likely due to its close proximity to the sink and regular exposure to moisture. We removed the old radiator and replaced it with a new like-for-like unit 🔥

💡 Radiators are made from metal, so repeated exposure to water and moisture can gradually damage the protective coating and cause corrosion. Once rust sets in, it can eventually weaken the radiator and lead to leaks.
