Last years restoration on the exterior; removal of various layers of different cement render, trapping moisture in.
Then applying a three coat traditional lime render helping the 18th century building breathe again.

Removal of cement pebble dash, 3.5NHL lime horse hair scratch and 8mm top coat rubbed to plain face finish with wooden floats.

...The original lath ceiling, slightly tarnished by age, polystyrene tiles, a few leaks , and an over amorous spark by the looks of things ... nice project, will repair ceiling, re run cornice and then insulate exterior wall with cork or h**p then finish with lime. .. will keep updated.. book your job in with us now 07729 165 647
