Are you considering selling or purchasing a home? 🏠 We strongly advise a test inspection prior to this, to either maintain the value of your property or save yourself costly work 💷 We often are asked to test & inspect recently bought properties and have found the majority are in need of major electrical work 🚩
A gas certificate is mandatory but electrical problems can equally be as silent and deadly.

Came across this today whilst speccing up a job…has to be oldest fuse board we’ve ever seen. One for the history books…(also had to laugh at a rat 🐀 that terrified one of the apprentices…rest of us thought it was cute 🤣)
