Don't burry your manhole chamber under an extension floor as I guarantee access will be needed one day, especially when it has an interceptor on it and there is no other access. Better to have them relocated first 👍

Things that get washed down drains. Part of a pan seal from the back of a toilet, this one had been down there for about 8 years before it turned and blocked the drain. The good news is I can remove most of these things without excavation.
When you have a new toilet fitted it is important to make sure the old seal is removed before the new one is pushed in, I find quite a few of these stuck.

When a section of drain collapses underground this is what it usually looks like when a camera is sent down to see whats going on. The soil starts washing into the drain and things get caught on the broken section until it blocks up completely.
