Rising Damp - DAY 1

Mould caused from rising damp.

Damp area of walls stripped, primed and damp proof membrane added to the brick work to stop any more moisture escaping through onto the finished plaster.

Starting from a leak on the roof water managed to travel down through the walls causing damp to the internal plaster/ brick work inside.

Once we had repaired the leak we were then able to treat the internal wall for damp by stripping down to brick and installing a damp proof membrane to stop any moisture left in the brick escaping through onto the finished plaster

Render patch work repair. Down to brick, primed, scratch coat, top coat and painted.
