As you can see here, the existing guttering had seen better days, with the section connecting to the neighbours actually broken off and coming away from the property. So we replaced the gutters and downpipes as well as fitting new fascias and soffits along with new eaves trays. Scaffolding was required due to the conservatory restricting access and while it was in place the customer also opted to have the roof pressure washed and treated with biocide. We also replaced several broken tiles and repaired the valley where sections of mortar had become loose. A great transformation and another happy client.

Another roof brought back to life with a full moss removal on the front, rear and side elevations of this semi detached property followed by a biocide treatment to help prevent future moss growth. To finish the job the fascias, soffits and gutters were cleaned and as a courtesy the windows and frames were also cleaned leaving the whole property looking fresh from top to bottom. Another blocked downpipe cleared and flowing properly again. This one was completely blocked with roots and built-up debris which stopped any water from draining away. After clearing the blockage the downpipe was back to full flow and working exactly as it should. Another gutter clear completed for a new client. It was a nice learning experience as it was the first time I’d come across a property with an asbestos roof, so extra care and precautions were taken throughout to ensure the work was carried out safely and to the high standard we pride ourselves on. Rear canopy brought back to life on this one, along with a full gutter clear to get everything flowing as it should. Here is a recently completed a gutter clear for a new customer. During the job, a slipped tile on the front section was identified and secured back into place correctly. The downpipes were fully blocked and have now been cleared to restore proper water flow. An area of worn lead was also sealed using a high-quality sealant to help prevent water ingress. All work was carried out to the high standard you can expect from WeClean High, leaving another very satisfied customer.
