A MASSIVE THANK YOU!

I just want to say a huge thank you to all my customers who have continued to keep their gardening services running through this apocalyptic dry spell! ☀️

As a gardener, I’m very aware that the grass isn’t growing, the weeds have gone on strike, and there’s probably not a whole lot out there that desperately needs doing right now.

So I genuinely appreciate the hell out of those of you who find me something else to do, whether it’s hedge cutting, pruning, tidying, planting, or just giving me a job that somehow involves a garden 😂

As a small business, it’s loyal customers like you who keep us going during times like this. These quiet spells can be tough, so your continued support really does mean more than you probably realise.

I'm looking for some advice from anyone who has experience with Small Claims Court.

I have an outstanding invoice that remains unpaid despite repeated requests and giving plenty of opportunities to resolve the matter amicably.

I'm now gathering information on the Small Claims process, including costs, timescales, and the evidence required to proceed.

I'd prefer to settle the matter without involving the courts, but I'm prepared to take the necessary steps to recover the money owed if no resolution can be reached.

If anyone has been through the process and has any advice or tips, I'd appreciate hearing about your experience.
