Called out to boiler break down to find the boiler had not been serviced for 6 years, I explained to the customer a regular service would have prevented the breakdown of the boiler and her and the family being cold and without hot water.

When the customer has had two of the “big company’s “out and they could find the leak but still charged a premium for the call out!! You just need to look and you will find, all repaired and now a happy new customer.
