For Paul Shepherd BM3 will walk 58km.

Following last year’s hugely successful charity walk in Windsor, the BM3 team will be lacing up their walking boots once more for the very challenging Jurassic Coast walk. This year we’re very proud to be partnering with the British Heart Foundation. In 2023 our dear friend and colleague Paul Shepherd, aged 46, died suddenly of a heart attack whilst away on holiday with his wife Becky and two sons Jake and Archie. Paul was simply amazing and everyone at BM3 desperately misses him.

So we’re doing this for Paul, and along the way we want to raise awareness and lots and lots of money, so please dig deep for this very worthy cause.

We are proud to announce that FC Elite Academy's ambitious plans to revamp Twickenham Park in Kingstanding have been approved!

Chris Loizou of Living Space and a volunteer coach at the club, spearheaded the application and offered their services without charge to help out the local community. The site will now benefit from a car park with better access and egress, non climb sports fencing, sports netting, container units for a range of on site services including toilets, officials changing and a social space, improvements to the grass football pitches, dug outs, connected mains services, which will be used by the 250 members of Elite FC which is growing and the wider community.

These plans have been made possible through the collaborative efforts of FC Elite Academy and its Chairman Mario Gerroni, Chris Loizou, JPP Consulting, Rappor, Birmingham City Council, Bilal Rashid, and BM3. We hope to continue to build on this success and create a better environment for young people in Kingstanding.

It's inspiring to witness the BM3 team pushing themselves over the weekend in preparation for the Easter 50 Ultra Challenge!

On April 1st, we will be embarking on a 50-kilometer walk to show our support for Blood Cancer UK and their vital work to fund research and bring hope to people living with blood cancer. We had a fantastic time at the official opening of Sudbrook_Garden_ earlier this month. It was great to be part of this community project, BM3 Landscape was appointed by Rooftop Housing Group to create a small garden adjacent to its new development on Paul Street in Tredworth.

The proposals are for a characterful ‘secret’ garden that takes design queues from the Victorian origins of the neighbourhood. Retention and refurbishment of the existing heritage wall at Hatherley Road will create an inviting entrance while contributing to the street scenes by creating view ‘windows’ into the garden. Upon arrival, users will have a choice of heading to the waterfront to lean against the railings and watch the Grey Wagtails on the river, lie on the south facing lawn or take a seat in the garden courtyard. We say a fond farewell to Ian Foden, Architect, Director, Dedicated Team Leader who has hung up his pencil after 33 years’ with the business, something we are very proud of.

Ian became a Director in 1993 and we would like to thank him for his commitment to providing an excellent service to our clients and for passing his knowledge on through mentoring apprentices and upskilling our teams.

Last Friday our Birmingham and London colleagues re-united to celebrate the upcoming retirement and to say au revoir to a leader who has been with BM3 every step of the way as we’ve grown. We wish him all the very best for the future, he’ll be greatly missed by us all!

We are delighted to announce that the London Road Innovation Housing scheme has received planning approval, by unanimous vote. 135 new homes, all will be fully electric and will benefit from increased insulation, sustainable and smart technologies including PV panels, air source heat pumps and smart heating devices. The development will benefit from green spaces, play spaces and public open spaces, we are excited to see the project’s progress!
