Job in kings heath we been doing last week ,got this one up from dpc to wall plate ,ready for timbers now 👍

Be back on this one once roof is completed and we can finish off parapet wall and front garage door conversion

It's been a fantastic opportunity to help out on this beautiful new build for Buildwells bricklaying & Construction Ltd in solihull, it has been a challenge but we thrive off the pressure 🤣from laying the 1st trench block to the last brick , all up to height now ,all Steels are in bolted and welded ready for new timber frame roof ,then back to finsh the cut ups we are done our side 😀, got to be one of the nicest houses we have built 🦾

Another single rear extension we just finished off in dorridge, come out lovely open plan space for extending family ,all electrics and plumbing complete, client want to sort painting and flooring him self ,8 weeks work stsrt to finish 😀

Extension we are doing over in dorridge🧱🧱, single story rear , pretty simple but effective for open plan dinning 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, 5x 3m , Removed back of the house forming open plan area ,Steels, floor ,windows doors all in, just getting 1st fix Electrics and plumbing in then ready for plaster finish 👌

Little job we just squeezed in between jobs , front porch done in b28 area ,just Brickwork and concrete floor on this one as clients taking the rest on

10 days work and we are ready for roof 🏠 team have smashed this one ,client is over the moon which is main thing , concrete the floor then on to internals 🫡
