Strip Out Solutions is excited to announce that we have secured another major within Birmingham City Centre, working with one of the country's leading fit out contractors, Willmott Dixon Interiors.

Our works entail a complete back to shell and core strip out, including the removal of all M&E, rooftop plant rooms and generator, façade removal and 6 full floor areas including all atrium glazing and raised access flooring.

It's a pleasure to be working with a first-class team, and we're looking forward to delivering this project over the next couple of months.

Strip Out Solutions, working as Principal Contractor, recently secured the complete strip out of a 75,000 square foot city centre office block, which included 7 complete floors, a split-level roof top and 2 basements within one of Birmingham City’s most prestigious locations, Brindleyplace.

The right candidate must have a good hands on knowledge of all groundworks tasks, including setting out, and a proven track record to demonstrate.

The right individual would have a ‘can do’ attitude, good management skills to be able to communicate with all levels of site management. You will also be able to motivate, train and expand our groundwork site teams.

Our current groundworks project values range from £7k to £300k.

Our groundwork projects are usually located within a 75 mile radius of Birmingham.

The position comes with a van.

Project Awarded – CHANEL Building, Old Bond Street, London

With the continuation of projects within the retail industry, Strip Out Solutions have been successfully awarded the contract for the complete soft strip of the CHANEL building with works to commence immediately.

This multi-floor building which is situated on Old Bond Street, owned by designer brand CHANEL was formerly occupied by DKNY and will be completely stripped out back to shell over the coming 4 weeks, ready for a new fit out by other contractors.

Project Awarded: Former Carphone Warehouse, Rugby

Strip Out Solutions have been successfully awarded this complete strip out and enabling works package of the former Carphone Warehouse retail unit in Rugby, which will soon be refitted and transformed into a stunning new Costa Coffee restaurant.

The external signage frame and all visible cladding will be removed by our team, ready for it to be replaced with a custom glass-fronted design by another contractor. Our works include a complete internal strip out and enabling package, removal of all mechanical & electrical items throughout, removal of a mezzanine floor*, and removal of all shelving, racking and associated hardware left by the previous tenants.

*Where possible, we work closely with our clients to offer our Asset Removal services for items like the mezzanine floor which can be sold to other brands in exchange for a credit towards our package.

Project Awarded – Hardy's Brasserie & Wine Bar, London Marylebone

Established in 1984 on a tranquil corner in Marylebone, Hardy's Brasserie and Wine Bar served as a local icon and family-run neighbourhood favourite. In March 2018, however, a project has initiated to take this once-beloved building back to it’s shell and prepared for a whole new look.

Strip Out Solutions have been appointed to carry out a complete strip out package including all mechanical & electrical items throughout the building. Our 3-week-long project will restore this building to a satisfactory standard for our clients to complete a dazzling new fit out.
