Somebody throw a bucket of water over my head please! 3 days in Redditch, that’s not the reason obviously!
Anyway tanks out, boiler out. New boiler in airing cupboard with vertical flue. Just some tidying up, testing then registering the new boiler.
This boiler comes with 10 year guarantee provided it is serviced annually. Enjoy your hot day.

Hello,
Here’s some modern radiators which have the same output as standard radiators. This is a great output often lost on designer radiators. Connection is neat as pipe work comes from behind the radiator. Hope you like them? Thanks Julian.

Hello, what a week. Tried to do very little with the heat. Not much chance of that. Anyway one job was to change a cylinder. Photos below. Hopefully will be cooler tomorrow. Lots of treats from the customer though.

Morning, last week I ripped out a Lamborghini. Not the car, obviously. This was a boiler made by Ferrolli. It was a very cheap boiler £399. One that I have seen and never fitted. This one lasted 13 years although it was a bit like triggers broom!
Anyway they now have a Baxi 430. This comes with a 5 year warranty. Enjoy your day.

SMELTING!
New hobby alert. Thought it would be fun to melt some copper into ingots. Gets up to 950 degrees c,
was a bit scary first time. Sounded like jet engine. Don’t really know why I am doing it. Do I need a reason? Hope your Sunday was a good one.

Hello, busy 3 days in Shirley.Took out all tanks, cylinder and boiler. Worcester 4000, 30kw combination boiler with new trvs on old radiators.

Morning, sunny it is too. Vented direct cylinder not working. Two options, replace both immersions if possible or change the lot for an unvented direct cylinder.
Customer chose the cheaper option.
Fortunately the swap over was fine.
Now has hot water once more.
