Back in April, ASK Building Control became enevo Building Control.

This was a big step forward for us - expanding our coverage to nationwide, welcoming new faces to strengthen our team, and making it easier for our clients to access a true one-stop shop for building regulations.

Nothing else has changed - we’re still the same trusted team, offering the same service and expertise you’ve always known. The only difference is our name, logo, and brand colours.

So if you’ve been wondering - no, we haven’t been bought out. You can still reach the same people you always have, including Paul Sessford.

We continue to provide all the services you relied on before - including building control plan checks, site inspections, and final sign-off.

And now, as enevo Building Control, you also have easier access to a wider range of compliance services such as Air Tightness Testing, SAP/EPC, Acoustics, BREEAM, Energy Statements, Overheating Calculations, and more, as well as Building Regulations Principal Designer (BR-PD), all through enevo.
