Another complete vestibule restore, right hand casing was bent in at the bottom 2 inches so the previous door was cut to suit 🤷‍♂️. Pulled out the small nib behind and plumbed up the whole thing. Victorian door restored, glazed and fitted, original Victorian furniture included, fan light re glazed.

When your client lives on an island in the middle of the Atlantic sometimes a had built kitchen is the only option 🤷‍♂️ took out the wall between the kitchen and pantry to make the room bigger, everything skimmed out and dried out. MRMDF units built and fitted, I’ve inadvertently gone a touch Mid Century Modern, sorry not sorry 👍 flooring is in now and customer fitting handles and finish painting themselves. Mabel and I are home now if you need us ❤️👍

Victorian door restored and ready for glazing. Nice chunky bolection mouldings to lower panels, cove bead to glass, rim lock stripped and serviced, original brass handles, all ready to complete vestibule refurb next week.

Back at the workshop restoring this beautiful chest of drawers, fixed all the broken bottom frame and feet that had been butchered with 3 inch nails. Planed down some reclaimed pine to make new back paneling (was damp hardboard 🤷‍♂️) no handles so fitted contrasting hard wood handles which match the existing decorative half finials, might sell, might keep it myself ⚒️
