I’m looking for a place to rent and call home, at least, my own space. Ideally should have 2 beds, so I can have grandchildren staying over.
I would consider 1 bed if property has good storage.
If anyone knows anyone in North Tyneside/ Newcastle that has properties needing a reliable tennant.. please, forward their deets or let me know.
Killingworth, Forrest Hall, Wallsend, Burradon, Dudley, Cramlington, Gosforth, Kenton, Fawdon, Longbenton.
Any of these areas are ok.
I appreciate any help or information.

If YOU happen to have those kind of jobs you need doing but a tradesman wouldn’t do as they’re too small or not worth their time coming out to do…. Or maybe wanted to do yourself but can no longer undertake? Just message me with details of what it is and where you are, and I’ll get back to you, even if I can’t do it I will get back to you.

I’m Sarah and my Bloke is Jay. 👋

Jay is really handy at helping around both inside and outside the house 🛠

So the thought occurred to me why not hire my bloke to those in need.

Contractors don’t normally give the time to those Pesky little jobs like;

£25 per hour
£250 per day
20% Discounts for over 65’s too ❤️
