2021 was a year most would like to forget. We continued working, sensibly, with planning and building regs projects ranging from Tooting in London to our home town of Bishop Auckland. Here's to a better 2022 for all!

2017 was steady away with Planning Applications and Building Reg submissions going in on a regular basis on projects from Crook to Newcastle through Sunderland and Hartlepool. To date all have been approved, from double storey extensions to garage and loft conversions.
2018 is starting the right way too, with the first few enquiries turning into projects. The first one of this year is in Crook and is ready for submission just 3 days after the site survey, and tomorrow I am in the Solway Firth measuring up for the next one.
Our goal is, as always, to provide a quick turnaround.

Nice trip through to Seaton Carew to measure up an extension scheme for a customer. Used to go there for holidays, Loads of memories flooded back, seeing who could see the sea first...
