Due to work load on our local authority housing contract we are looking for a multiskilled operative to join our team on a sub contractor basis,

> Must have experience working in the building trade, work will consist of:

- pointing
-concreting
-roofing
-external repairs

Minimum Requirements

> Reliable and punctual
> Professional work ethic
> Excellent time keeping
> Ability to work quickly and to a schedule
> Full UK driving licence
>work within a team or alone

Work all within Durham area

Wages will be discussed depending on experience
