Using our highly thermal sip panel construction, all our buildings are very energy efficient, resulting in all year round use a
nd reducing energy costs, meaning a longer rent-able season and lower running costs. As our name suggests all our buildings are available in Modular format, meaning all of our designs are available as the main building, with a choice of additional modules to extend the usable space, these include bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, pergola and outdoor kitchen modules. Our buildings also boast a new innovative cladding panel which carries a 50 year guarantee against rot, it will not crack, discolour, warp or bend unlike traditional cladding. This means our buildings look brand new for many years and reduces maintenance time and money by up to 80%. Through our group of companies we can offer a full package from design to installation and finishing works. All our products are manufactured by ourselves in our factories in Lancashire.
