We’re proud to have completed the Stables Building Project at Park Community Academy and handed the building back over to the client earlier today.

From the moment we were invited to tender, this was a project our team was excited to take on. We promised to work closely with the Academy and its consultants, communicate openly, find solutions and deliver a building everyone could be proud of.

A huge thank you to everyone at Singleton & Smart who played a part, from the team on site, in the office and to those working behind the scenes. Your hard work, skill and commitment made it happen.

Thank you to Park Community Academy for putting your trust in us, and to the team at Cassidy & Ashton for their design and collaboration throughout. We hope the new building serves the Academy and its pupils well for many years to come.

We are currently undertaking essential refurbishment works to something a little different, the Rossall Coastal Watch Tower. The works include removing and replacing rotten timbers, installing a new protective membrane and plywood boarding, and fitting new Fraké timber boards to the exterior. We are also completing new window gasket details to improve the building’s weather resistance and long-term durability.

Great to see this project coming on so well, almost at handover stage. A brilliant project to be involved with an equally brilliant client, design team, sub-contractors and all our staff who have played a part in the build. We extremely proud of everyone involved, and it’s great to have had a client who has believed in us and what we can deliver. Park Community Academy

Our Stables building is making fantastic progress, and our new classrooms are now almost ready! Work is also well underway on our new outdoor area, creating an exciting additional space for our pupils. It’s wonderful to see everything starting to come together, and we can’t wait to welcome our pupils into their new classrooms and outdoor space very soon.
We’re getting closer and closer to completion and are so excited to see these fantastic new spaces come to life! Singleton & Smart Ltd

It’s always great to see how the teams which we sponsor are getting on, huge congratulations to Bispham Juniors Vipers 16/17 for their tournament win yesterday 👏⚽️🏆

🏆 Cup Winners 🏆
What a day for these boys! ⚽️
Coming top of their group, taking them to the Cup Quarter Finals and getting through to the semi-final.
The semi-final ended in a draw meaning dreaded penalties.
The boys kept calm and made it through to the final, only to have to go through penalties again!
Well deserved trophy for all the boys today! 🏆
