Bear Electrics SW are your local electrical company, providing EICR Certificates in Blackpool. I offer testing and certification at your property in Blackpool and across the Fylde Coast.
I am a fully qualified electrician that can carry out EICR testing and certification as well as other electrical jobs to ensure your property is safe and meets electrical standards.

EICR stands for Electrical Installation Condition Report. It is an assessment of the electrical systems within a property.
It makes sure that national standards for electrical safety are met, which are set out in the 18th edition of the ‘Wiring Regulations’.
The testing checks all fixed electrical installations in a property are safe. These include wiring, wall sockets, light fittings and the fuse box. This tests need to be carried out if you own a hotel, small b&b or selling your home.
