Open-Plan Transformation 🏡

Another fantastic renovation completed!

For this project, we transformed two separate rooms into one spacious, open-plan dining area. The dividing wall was carefully removed, and a steel RSJ was installed in accordance with the structural engineer’s specifications to ensure full structural integrity.

✅ Wall removed to create a larger, more functional space
✅ RSJ supplied and fitted following structural engineer instructions
✅ Plastering completed to all affected areas for a seamless finish
✅ Beautiful wood-effect LVT flooring fitted throughout
✅ White glazed double doors installed to maximise natural light flow between rooms
