Have done 3 jobs today

1. Taken rotten gate down and made and fitted new 4x1 gate with arch, fitted new wall plates and used a heavy duty key lock for security

2. Fitted a marble floor in a porch using spare flooring and underlay I used in a kitchen a couple of months ago, for their family member.

3. Replaced an exterior fan that had stopped working

Media wall and alcove shelving storage with colour changing lights.
Sockets added for record/cd/tape player. Drinks cabinet. Storage for records, cd's and tapes.
Customer is going to do the filling and sanding and painting.

This bathroom was a total nightmare. Cowboys fitted it and customer has had problems since they moved in.
I've taken off the tiles to sort out the damp and fitted insulated waterproof boards to give warmth and protect from damp.
I created a toilet unit in a space that wasn't used much so have given them extra storage and a hidden toilet systern.
Was going to take out sink, bath, shower and shower screen and refit them but ended up fitting a large new bath.
Cladded room with marble effect cladding. Plain white cladding on ceiling, fitted with a new light and larger more powerful extractor fan.
New doorframe to replace rotten one and refitted door.
Plastic architrave around the door and as skirting board.
Made niche in back of shower.
Trimmed and siliconed everything.

Another rotten fence taken down. Reused the slotted concrete posts but extended the rails to make fence higher. Had metal bolt down posts made and galvanised ( made by keafab welding and fabrication and he got them galvanised ) to go along the wall to make it higher for privacy.
Customer is over the moon with the work and can't wait for the next part to be done.

Stone wall repaired and jointed as much as I could to hopefully stop local kids taking stones out and throwing them all over. Cemented arch on top too to stop them getting through to garden.
