Email Update

After what has felt like an eternity, we're finally back up and running! ✅

What started with a damaged phone quickly turned into being completely locked out of our Microsoft 365 account because the authentication couldn't be transferred to the new device.

The most frustrating part? Trying to get support. The initial contact was through AI, with responses often taking days. For a business that relies on email every day, being unable to speak to a person when you're locked out of your own account is incredibly disappointing. Surely there has to be a better way.

A huge thank you to everyone who has been patient while we got this resolved. We know some of you have been waiting longer than usual for replies, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding.

As of yesterday, everything is back to normal, so if you've been waiting to hear from us, we'll be catching up as quickly as possible.

Another planning approval secured! 🎉

We're delighted to have obtained planning permission for this rear extension in New Inn.

The proposal will create a much more practical family home, providing additional living space while complementing the existing property.

We're not having much luck with our email provider at the moment!

Since changing phones (the old one died), we've been having issues with Microsoft Authenticator, as the settings didn't transfer across. It's proving a real headache trying to regain access.

Has anyone experienced this before or got any suggestions?

‼️ Temporary Email Issue ‼️

Just a quick update to let everyone know that we've been experiencing issues with our email service since Monday.

We're currently waiting for our email provider to get back to us so the issue can be resolved. We appreciate this is frustrating, and it's certainly been frustrating for us too.
