A client reported that there was no supply for their cooker. After investigating, we discovered a live cable hidden behind a kitchen unit.

We've safely isolated and locked off the supply until we can return to rectify the issue properly.

A reminder that hidden electrical dangers can exist where you least expect them — if something doesn't add up, get it checked by a qualified electrician.

Our client got in touch to have their bedroom light replaced—and it’s a good thing they did. On inspection, we found the existing fitting had a damaged plastic casing with live pins exposed, posing a serious safety risk.

We’ve now installed a brand new Class 1 light fitting, leaving everything safe, secure, and looking great ✅
