The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Contracts / Installations Manager to oversee multiple PVCu window and door installation projects from pre-start through to completion. This is a key role within the business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
▪ Manage multiple installation projects across a variety of sites
▪ Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines
▪ Conduct site visits, surveys, and progress inspections
▪ Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
▪ Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal teams
▪ Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally
▪ Produce and maintain project documentation and reports

Requirements
▪ Experience in a similar role within the fenestration industry
▪ Strong knowledge of commercial glazing or fenestration projects
▪ Excellent organisational and leadership skills
▪ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
▪ Strong communication and client-facing skills
▪ Good understanding of health & safety regulations (SMSTS preferred)
▪ Full UK driving licence
