Hi everyone, i know i haven't posted since September as my loyal 300 plus customers within 1 mile of my house keep me very busy. I really appreciate your trust in me with your house and my ability to help you. Hi everyone, its about two months since I posted. Are you fedup of going the long way round to access your Garage? Here's today's contract carried out to the highest standards. All waste removed and area made good. I'm inundated with work from loyal and new customers on South Beach Estate in Blyth, so I dont promote my self to often. I'l never catch up so I choose carefully wich jobs to take on, as I cover most trades. I carried out this structual knock through today with a self closing 44mm fire door, including fire and smoke strips. I carcassed the frame so there was no need for any decoration. The procedure takes about 10 hours, depending on type of load bearing wall. Thanks for looking.

Hi everyone, its been 2 months sinse I posted as I've been very busy setting up something a little different. I thermally claded my house to see the results first. Wow, what a huge difference. Behind the original hanging tile of 1970s house is a 6-inch block with no insulation; it's a thermal sieve. If there's a radiator on the wall, the heat is getting sucked out. We remove the tiles, add 50mm battens and 50mm condensed insulation panels. We then clad with rigid pvc grained boards; there are many colours available. Not only does it hold the heat in but also adds great kerb appeal.

I completed this garage conversion to the customers requirements and satisfaction, in just a few days. The work was carried with the approval of an NCC Inspector. We had to upgrade the insulation to the external walls, fit a fire escape window, add to the central heating and install a new ring main. The mains tails to the fuse board had to be protected and cross bonded before the RCD. A small section was left at the front of the garage to allow bike storage.

Hi everyone, its my first real build of what has been a horrendous seven months because of the weather and crazy prices. Its the first of two back to back Garage conversions I'm not taking on any more conversions till October. thanks for looking. Every important part of the process is documented for future reference.

Hi everyone, I don't normally promote my bussiness as it speaks for its self. I got a lovely recommendation today for doing something a little different. We had to get a 3 piece suite in to a mews house. We tackle anything. 😆
