A bit of the work that soon gets hidden from view!

On this light commercial project, we installed floor boxes along with the flow and return pipework ahead of the floor screed being laid.

These photos give a good look at some of the work that goes in beneath the surface, making sure everything is in place before the screed goes down.

All part of the mechanical and electrical work we deliver for our commercial clients.

A recent solar PV installation completed by the team for R&D Developments in North Cornwall. ☀️

The team installed 3kW PV systems on each of the two bungalows and a 3.6kW system on the house – and with the sunshine we've enjoyed this summer, it's great to see them already being put to good use.

A recent project for local customer Mato Industries Ltd saw our team complete 11 new conveyor belt control cabinets.

Designed, built and tested by our team, the cabinets are now heading out ready for installation.

A great local project and another example of the electrical and control work we deliver from our Cornwall base.

A big thank you to Pellows WDS today!

We had an urgent call from Fowey Harbour Commissioners this morning regarding a remote septic tank that was full and needed immediate attention.

A quick call to Pellows and, within hours, they were on site, emptied the tank and resolved the issue for our customer.

A big thank you to the Pellows team for the continued support they provide to us and our customers. When something needs sorting quickly, it’s great to have reliable local businesses you can call on. 🙏

Another completed access control installation for a client in Dunstable.

The project included the installation of a bespoke barrier entrance system, featuring a multi-button intercom that allows visiting drivers to contact the correct department on arrival, helping to streamline access and improve site security.

The system also incorporates Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), automatically recognising authorised vehicles and opening the barrier for staff without the need for cards, fobs or manual intervention.

To meet the client's specification, we also supplied and installed a custom barrier with a lower safety skirt, providing a practical solution that complements the overall design of the entrance.

Working alongside Pellows Waste Disposal this week, pumping out and cleaning a septic tank ready for two new grinder pumps to be installed for Fowey Harbour Commissioners.

The prep work might not be the glamorous part, but it’s what keeps projects moving.

In Tilbury this week Tom and the team replaced an 8-metre sliding gate at the local GAP Group branch following damage caused by a vehicle collision.

Working within a live operational depot added an extra challenge with the works carefully planned around daily operations to avoid disrupting the loading of customer vehicles.

The existing gate was removed, the new gate installed, commissioned and fully operational by the end of the day to ensure the site remained secure.
