🔥 **ASHP Heating Upgrade Complete** 🔥

Another heating system ready for its next chapter! 🏠♨️

This project involved removing the existing radiator pipework and carrying out a full heating pipework upgrade ready for an Air Source Heat Pump installation.

✅ New flow and return pipework installed
✅ New radiator valves fitted
✅ Upgraded radiators where required
✅ Pipework rerouted and concealed where possible
✅ System pressure tested and ready for the ASHP installers

A lot of work goes into the preparation stage that will never be seen once the floors are back down, but getting the pipework right is key to ensuring an efficient and reliable heating system. 👌

🔧🚰 Making Space for a New IKEA Kitchen! 🚰🔧
🏡 The existing pipework needed altering to allow for the installation of new IKEA kitchen units, which don't leave much room behind the cabinets.
✂️ The old pipework was removed and rerouted, keeping the new hot and cold feeds as tight back to the wall as possible.
🛠️ Using just 4 fittings, a much cleaner, neater and more compact installation was achieved while still allowing easy access in the future.
📏 Sometimes it's the preparation work that nobody sees which makes all the difference to the finished kitchen!
🔜 Once the kitchen units have been fitted, I'll be returning to install the sink, waste pipework and complete the final connections. 🚰✅

🛁✨ Bathroom Renovation Progress Update ✨🛁
A lot of people only see the finished bathroom, but there's a huge amount of work that goes on behind the scenes to achieve a quality finish. 👌
This week at Players Plumbing Ltd, we've been busy setting out and tiling this feature bath wall, complete with a recessed niche and large-format tiles. Every tile has to be carefully planned, cut and levelled to ensure everything lines up perfectly. 📏🔨
The bathroom is really starting to take shape now, and we're looking forward to sharing the finished transformation very soon! 💪

🔧 Players Plumbing Ltd Sunday Fun Day? More like Sunday Dig Day! 😅
Today's job involved breaking out concrete to install a new shower waste into an existing clay pipe, running the shower control cable, and getting the shower tray fitted and levelled ready for the next stage.
Not the glamorous part of a bathroom renovation, but it's the groundwork that ensures everything works properly for years to come. 💪🚿
Sometimes the hardest work is the part that gets covered up and never seen again!
