Another quality project completed for Terry Harris & Sons 👌🏼

A big turnaround on this one, with the entire project completed in just 4 weeks.

All existing expanding spray foam carefully removed from between the rafters, bagged and disposed of, followed by a complete new roofing system including breathable membrane, battens and natural slate.

New valleys, ridges, chimney leadwork and flashings throughout, with everything finished properly and looking absolutely spot on.

Really pleased with how this one has turned out. Quality workmanship, reliability and getting the job done speak for themselves. 💪🏼

Another one recently completed in St Austell.

This roof had unfortunately been installed incorrectly by a previous contractor, with unsuitable tiles for the roof pitch and a number of detailing issues that were causing ongoing problems.

The solution was a full replacement using Marley Mendip low-pitch roof tiles, ensuring the roof is now installed in line with manufacturer specifications and suitable for the property’s roof pitch.

Works included:
✔ Marley Mendip low-pitch tile system
✔ New leadwork to chimney
✔ New lead flashing to soil pipe pe*******on
✔ Chimney freshly silicone rendered
✔ Dry ridge and verge detailing
✔ Full re-roof completed to current standards

A great transformation and, more importantly, a roof that is now built to last.
