What happens if a gate hinge fails?

The Gatemaster Gate Safety Restrainer provides an additional safety measure, helping to prevent a swing gate from falling in the event of hinge failure.

Made from flexible braided stainless-steel wire, the GRS is discreet, heavy-duty and can be retrofitted to box-section gates with just two 13mm holes.

Available in two versions for suitable gate configurations up to 260kg and 500kg.*

*Important note: strict installation and usage conditions apply. Some gate configurations will not be made safe using this device, refer to installation guide and test reports for further information.
