The loft bathroom was the final piece of the puzzle on my Westgate project, and what a beauty it turned out to be.

From concept to completion it was great working with my client to bring their vision to life, have a swipe and see what I was working with at the start 😅

Westgate part 3 - the guest bathroom 🚿

As with all these big projects I always seem to leave the hardest till last 😅.

Just the rake of the stairs getting up into the room was no joke 🤣 leg day everyday.

Happy with how it turned out, those tiles are 🔥

Hard to believe this use to be a bedroom 🤷‍♂️

Our second instalment in this grade 2 listed property consisted of transforming a bedroom to a family bathroom.

Just some of the features included repurposing the old cast iron bath we removed out of the en suite (it took 3 of us to get it out 😅)
Creating a large walk in shower, complete with JTP brassware and Ca’ Pietra Kit Kat feature wall.
All new plumbing, drainage, studwork, electrics and plastering.

As with all listed property’s we paid special attention to repair and restore as many features as we could but also adding in some modern elements to enhance its functionality.

What do you think?

Just following the new guidelines by GOV.UK 🤡

I tell you what this cast iron bath ain’t half heavy on the legs 😅

Swipe for the jokers that apparently run the country 🤷‍♂️

From the copper 1st fix to the resin filled mitres all the details count 🤓

Cool shower build and the last of the 3 bathrooms carried out on my Westgate project. More to come from these stunners soon 🙌🏻

Take a step into our latest luxury bathroom in collaboration with 🚿

A sumptuous space designed to relax and unwind.

Having a large footprint to play with is always inviting, as the room can take so much more like the large walk in shower as well as that beautiful freestanding bath.

brassware throughout sitting pretty against the arch mosaic tiles behind the bath which blends nicely into the floor. Olive green metros used within the shower area and vanity creating a serene atmosphere.

Another beauty! Signed, sealed, delivered 🤝

Following on from the reel we posted here’s the finished pictures of our most recent collab with .

What a beauty! From the design stages we always knew this one was gonna be a looker. Being quite a modest sized en-suite we got creative with the design to maximise every square inch.

The key design element was a large walk in shower complete with pony wall to let the light flood in from the window making the space feel open. Large green onyx tiles wrapped around the whole room making a statement, capped with quartz and a blush pink feature tile. All sanitary ware was raised of the floor to again create the illusion of space, we even honed in on the smaller details like the tillable fan and access panel within the bench seat for future maintenance.

Fantastic job, fantastic customers 👏

Excited to showcase our latest installation in collaboration with over in Fishbourne for some fantastic customers.

From the first consultation I knew this one would be special. We worked closely with the client to create their dream en-suite.

Nothing off the shelf about this one, completely bespoke just how we like it 🙌🏻
