We are used to making things out of the ordinary but it's the first time we have been asked to make Santa 🎅 a sleigh for The Royal Hotel meet Santa and Christmas markets.

Extending the beer garden to create more outdoor seating in time for reopening.

Extension we recently built in between lockdowns in Bolton-Le-Sands.

Work included:

🔨 Create large opening for front door and windows

🔨 Full re-roof in spanish slate with anthracite gray fascias and soffits

A recent project we did working with
Pétalos Garden Design & Maintenance at the Royal Hotel and it was certainly interesting from turning a roll top bath in to a water feature to turning pianos into planters.

We were asked to clad the dated wall, create planters and seating areas with treated scaffolding planks to keep the theme from the bar running into the garden.

A Big thank you to Jason and the team for the hospitality we certainly got looked after. Hopefully you will be back open soon and we can come for dinner because a pack lunch just isn't the same anymore.

Few before and after pictures of a ongoing project in Bolton-le-sands.

Work includes:

🔨 Full rip out back to 3 walls and full reconfiguration of the of
the lay out.
🔨2 story rear extension.
🔨 New floors through out.
🔨 Relocation of the stair case and bathroom.
🔨 New roofs including 1 traditional roof and 2 grp
flat roofs.
🔨 Sovereign k11 tanking system
🔨 Full re plaster
🔨 New windows and doors through out.
🔨 Howdens kitchen.

Still some 2nd fix Joinery and 3 bespoke cupboards to make and finish off decorating. Finished picture will be uploaded once completed

Bespoke shaker style fitted cupboard with book shelves we made and fitted.

The customer asked us to make a cupboard to hide a surround sound system with some strong book shelves. After discussing a few designs we decided on a shaker style with fluted pillars.

🔨Doors, mouldings and fluted pillars machined and made
from tulip wood.

🔨Strong 32mm shelves supported by v mach T & G
boarding.

🔨Spray painted in Farrow & Ball Estate Eggshell white.

Bespoke oak shaker style doors.

Made with solid oak frame using traditional mortise and tenon joints and oak veneer mdf centre panel.

The customer asked for the wood gain to be running horizontal on the centre panel to match existing doors fitted in the house.

Doors to be fitted once other building work is completed.
