Some jobs are closer to home. This one was on our doorstep.
Named after Bolton's greatest ever player, the Lofthouse Suite at the Toughsheet Community Stadium is the kind of job you remember. CubicWorks brought us in to handle the full mechanical ventilation package, and the team delivered.
Working across three floors, including the plant room and risers, we stripped out the existing ductwork and installed 56 fan coil units with associated ductwork, supply and extract systems, a major air handling unit in the plant room, vertical riser ductwork serving all three floors, and second fix spiral ductwork and circular grilles throughout.
Start to handover was 16 weeks.
Bolton is our home town. Bolton Wanderers Official is the team many of our people follow. This one meant something.
