The customer requested that they didn’t want tiles as they wouldn’t match the main roof, so they supplied the slates they wanted (20x10s). They also asked if we could save the lead as it was still in good condition. We always do our best to meet the customer’s requests 👍🏻

Full strip-off of old tiles, battens and felt ✅️
New breathable membrane ✅️
Undercloke fitted on the verge ✅️
New 25x50mm battens ✅️
20x10 slates fitted ✅️
Small roof and verge to be complete next week ✅️

Customer was very pleased with the end product 👌🏼

The existing roof structure was in solid condition, so a felt overlay was carried out, including the installation of new felt drip edge, And a ubiflex wall flashing detail

At the customer’s request, additional natural light was introduced into the music room with the installation of a 600 x 600 skylight.

To the rear of the property, the old rotten timber fascia was removed and replaced with a new white fascia, along with a new black box guttering.
