Two machines, one seamless result 👌

Some photos from an ongoing scheme where our team are just taking a break awaiting the imminent return of tippers....

They carried out longitudinal step detailing using twin 210XF planers working synchronised to achieve accurate levels, clean joints and a smooth transition for the next phase.

Attention to detail at this stage is critical to delivering a high-quality finished surface that performs for years to come.

At Dp Cold Planing Limited, we're proud to give the next generation an insight into the road planing industry.

This week, we welcomed some work experience students to site, where they had the opportunity to see firsthand how road planing operations are carried out safely and efficiently. From learning about our specialist machinery to understanding the importance of teamwork and site safety, it was a valuable experience for all involved.

We're always please to share knowledge about our industry and showcase the skilled work that goes into maintaining and improving our road networks.

A big thank-you to our team for taking the time to support and mentor our visitors throughout the day.

Another quality local job done by the new 210XF machine last week, for one of our valued customers.
The works had an unusual site access and exit but the job went smoothly and we are proud of the final result.

Our latest addition to the planer fleet has landed!

The new W210XF combines high performance & efficiency with compact dimensions. With a milling width 2.0m and a maximum depth of 330mm.

Designed for high daily output, the W210 XF reduces fuel consumption and CO2 emissions via mill assist. The planer features WPT (Wirtgen performance tracker) which uses laser technology and GPS to track data in real time. The machine offers a broad range of applications with specialised high precision Level Pro Active levelling systems.

Will be a great addition to our collection at DPCP!
