Floating floor on timber and 50mm kingspan insulation.

All walls and ceiling fully installed with 50mm silver back kingspan style insulation.

Ceiling construction 125mm x 47mm timbers

Cls stud walls.

8 x double sockets

12 x spot lights switched 4 spots per switch

So you can mood light room.
Also just have back ones on when you have projector on.
