🧹 Chimney sweeps were once considered lucky!

In the 18th and 19th centuries — especially in Britain — seeing a chimney sweep on your wedding day was believed to bring good fortune and a happy marriage. This tradition supposedly started after a sweep saved the life of King George II of Great Britain by stopping runaway horses, after which the king declared chimney sweeps symbols of luck.
