Rewire in havant. The cables in this installation where at least 70 years old. To remove and rewire was the safest and most enjoyable thing I've done to date. As you can imagine, rubber deteriorate over time... 25 years to be precise. 45 years later they where not only designed to service the small appliances of 70s but certainly not designed the use of electrical appliances today and create a massive a fire hazard.
