We’re currently applying our professional biocide foam — a powerful chemical treatment that kills the moss at the root.

A biocide is a chemical treatment designed to kill and control unwanted living organisms like moss, algae, lichen, fungi, and bacteria.
In roof cleaning, here's exactly what our biocide does:
Kills at the root — It penetrates the moss/algae and destroys it so it dies off completely.

The safety and wellbeing of our team is always our number one priority 💙

Unfortunately, we sometimes face situations where our team feel uncomfortable or unsafe — both inside and outside customers’ homes. This can include being followed around while working, rude or aggressive behaviour, and dealing with intoxicated individuals 🚫

In these cases, we will not send our team back for any further work, even if it means accepting a negative review. We’d rather protect our staff than put them at risk.

Our cleaners often work alone in people’s homes, and we expect basic respect and common courtesy. The vast majority of our customers are absolutely fantastic and make our job a pleasure! ⭐

Another great job done! We’ve just transformed this property and the difference is massive already.

Me and my two lads carefully scraped off all the thick moss, applied a professional biocide treatment, cleared out the gutters, and gave the windows a thorough clean.
