Early morning call out this morning to my own kitchen . Kids locked treasure chest with key inside. High security mortice picked with GJ pirate cutlass , key removed from inside and two happy sprogs . Charged Sunday rates but was kicked out of the kitchen and sent on my way 🤷

There’s a big difference between being busy… and actually building something that will pay for my family's financial freedom .
I still work everyday on the road , harder than most , longer hours than 99% of my competitors. I used to dread the phone ringing.
You can be flat out every day, doing every job yourself, answering every call…
and still not really move forward. Incremental gains arent always immediately noticeable.
I’ve been there, and some days i still am . Burnt out and exhausted.
The turning point wasn't working harder —
it’s changing how I operated.
Instead of thinking: “How much can I get done today?”
I stared thinking: “How much can I get covered today?”
That’s when things shifted for me . And im not afraid to tell everyone because im confident most havent got what it takes to do this .
You have to stop relying on just yourself
and start building something that runs bigger than you.
More lads , more enjoyable conversations with like minded thinkers .
More coverage.
More jobs getting completed — properly and quickly. And with people who have a mutual understanding with yourself of what it takes.
And here’s the sharp end ...
Growth isn’t convenient.
It’s calls at the worst times.
It’s sorting problems when you’d rather switch off. Answering the phone when youve just had an anxiety fuelled day . Going out when your kids ask you not to and you cry yourself to the job.
It’s backing yourself when things feel stretched.
But if you can handle that…
That’s where the jump happens.
Not by chasing one-off jobs, sometimes I make nothing or lose money just to cover something.
But by putting yourself in positions to be that guy is when the work keeps coming.
Consistency over everything.
I still work hard to improve my skillset everyday , but I cant build this on my own. Its the lads that work with me on jobs that really make this business tick.
And ive built mine on one simple rule:

Did you know .... we do any kind of Access , windows , doors , vehicle entry , if it opens, we supply and fit it.

Today's job tested our resolve, a job that was left by an electrician that couldn't complete as was multiple issues . The premises was ready to open but couldn't open without access control due to the sensitive nature if the business . So had to be done before Monday

That's where we thrive , under pressure , doing what others cant or won't.
