💭 the customer wanted a bigger kitchen, so we removed the wall between the original kitchen and living room building a new wall further back giving that much needed extra space ✅

🤩 This new kitchen was fully re-plastered and painted adding new large format Calcutta marble floor tiles, skirting & architraves ✅

💡 the kitchen was fully re-wired, adding ample lighting, new prime socket locations and appliance feeds ✅

💧 the kitchen was re-plumbed, decluttering all the old pipework, creating feed for the new dishwasher & washing machine whilst seamlessly reconnecting the boiler ✅

1️⃣ fully ripped out the old suite, altering all the old pipework, lighting and extraction.

2️⃣ preparing all the walls and floors for tiling, skimming the ceiling, fitting new lights & extraction.

3️⃣ fully tiling, grouting and sealing. Led niche light installed for room

Here’s Some recent building work we’ve done ✅

We took out an existing opening, making it larger by removing the old cast lintel, fitting new steels to carry the above wall, removing another internal wall to open up the space for a new kitchen diner ✅

We moved over the kitchen window to allow for the new kitchen layout, altered and renewed all the plumbing & heating, cutting in a couple skylights and finally insulating, boarding and re skimming it all ✅
