Quick turnaround for a local business 🙌❄️

Last week we got a call from an office in Bourne End with an AC unit that had finally given up. We were on site the same day to investigate and found multiple faults with their old cassette unit - and with the model now obsolete, a replacement was the only sensible option.

Fast forward to the following week and the brand‑new unit is in, running smoothly, and keeping the office comfortable again. A great example of how we can respond quickly and get local businesses back up and running with minimal downtime.

Celebrating the Three Year Anniversary at one of our top clients’ boutiques in Covent Garden. We converted the basement systems to a multi split system enabling an additional indoor unit to be installed and perfect their working environment. This is a store we continue to carry out the HVAC maintenance at to keep their store running smoothly.

We’ve just given the offices and site of a global giant in landscaping materials a serious upgrade. Their old, unreliable system is officially out… and a brand‑new Mitsubishi multi-split air conditioning setup is in.

Super efficient, super reliable, and backed by a 7‑year warranty as long as regular maintenance is carried out. Basically: comfort, sorted.

✅ Project Completed – Canary Wharf

We’re pleased to have successfully completed a new installation today in Canary Wharf for a well-renowned designer brand we have proudly supported as their maintenance provider for many years.

Following ongoing maintenance, we recommended upgrades to an aging system that had become obsolete, with spare parts no longer available from the manufacturer. After a few delivery delays over the Christmas period, our team worked hard to coordinate equipment and engineers on site to get the project over the line.

The works included the supply and installation of brand new ducted fan coil units, complete with heat exchangers to provide both heating and cooling, along with a new control system to ensure seamless operation throughout the store.

The new system is now fully installed, commissioned, and up and running, and we’ll continue to maintain the site moving forward — giving our client peace of mind and a future-proofed solution.

System Health Care Check at a Prestigious Hotel – Managed Site Update

As part of our ongoing commitment to service excellence, our engineering team is currently undertaking a comprehensive system health care check at one of our prestigious managed hotel sites. This proactive assessment is designed to ensure the continued reliability, efficiency and performance of the site’s HVAC systems, while identifying any potential issues before they impact guest comfort or hotel operations.

During the visit, our engineers have been gathering a significant volume of detailed operational data across multiple systems. This information will allow us to carry out in-depth analysis, optimise performance and support long-term asset planning for the client.

In addition to our on-site engineers, members of our wider management and technical support team attended to oversee the works and engage directly with the client. This provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen relationships, gain a deeper understanding of the hotel’s operational priorities, and ensure our service delivery remains aligned with their expectations.

The team also carried out detailed inspections and data collection on the site’s HBC boxes, supporting ongoing investigations into reported issues affecting various systems. This collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach enables us to diagnose root causes more effectively and develop robust, long-term solutions rather than short-term fixes.

This visit demonstrates our hands-on, proactive approach to HVAC maintenance and asset management, reinforcing our role as a trusted partner within the hospitality sector.

🍻 Site Visit in London! 🍻

Our Managing Director was out today taking a look at a basement pub near Borough Market – what a great spot!

We’ve been asked to survey the site ahead of works to decommission the air conditioning, beer cellar coolers, fridges, freezers, bottle coolers and ice machines as the place gets ready for a big revamp.

Always something special about working in these older London buildings – they’ve got loads of character (and a few surprises too!).
