Garage Demolition Dorset.

Full garage with asbestos roof sheets carefully demolished and cleared.

The reinforced concrete walls are dismantled and taken to an aggregate recycling centre where they are recycled into hardcore.

We double wrap all of our asbestos in 1000ga plastic membrane and dispose of it at a registered recycling centre.

Full paper work and waste transfer notes can be provided so you know the waste is disposed of in the correct manner.

At DMG Demolition we offer a soft strip service for commercial & Domestic property’s across the south. A soft strip consists of striping the building right back so the building is bare. Once the soft strip is done the building is then ready for further work and refurbishment.

A brief list of items that we remove:
- fixtures & fittings
- partitioned walls/ non structural walls
- ceilings/ tiles & grid
- floor & carpet
- doors, frames & windows

When a soft strip is carried out there is a high possibility that dust will be created, to reduce the amount of dust created we would first start of with trying natural air circulation and water suppression. If needed we will also use dust extractors.

A member of DMG Demolition will be sent out to have a inspection and to go through what specifics need to be carried out. We will also be looking for any hazards and ways to prevent hazards from occurring.

As we work very closely with a waste management company we also have the means to dispose of all waste that will be created in the correct manner. We try to reduce and recycle all waste that is created.

Demolition work can be very dangerous at times so we make sure that insurance is in place and updated regularly, we also make sure that all employees have good ventilation and masks on when allot of dust is created.
